Edd M. Langdon, Jr.
Principle – Florida State General Contractor since 1998. He is a third generation general contractor with extensive construction experience in all facets of commercial construction including restaurants, retail, government, medical and professional services for clients in Northeast and South Florida. He specializes in value engineering of projects on the front end to save both time and money and help achieve the overall goals for Ticon’s clientele. He has the overall responsibility for construction operations, sales and managing the field for Ticon.
Graham Hill
Principle – Florida State Licensed Certified Public Accountant since 2000. He is from Jacksonville, Florida. He is the son of a third generation general contractor and has been involved in construction or construction related accounting for 27 years. He is experienced in all aspects of general accounting operations and compliance with an emphasis in the construction industry. He worked seven years in a regional public accounting firm and twelve years as a controller in construction and real estate development companies. He is responsible for all areas of finance, bank relationships and account management for Ticon.
Art Cumens
Certified Professional Estimator (C.P.E.) since 1986 by American Society of Professional Estimators: Certification in General Building Construction. He has been in construction for over 40 years as apprentice, journeyman, foreman, super, vice president, owner, estimator, chief estimator and project manager. He has extensive experience in construction including public works, ground up construction of schools, hotels and track housing from California to Florida. He has worked with Ticon since 2011. He is responsible for the project estimating for Ticon.
